¿cómo saber si eres grisexual?

let’s talk about diversity | what is grisexuality?

According to the LGBTA Wiki, «grisexuality is a sexual orientation within the asexual spectrum, referring to those who relate to asexuality, but feel that there are parts of their experience that are not described by the word asexual. Grisexuality can be used as a specific identity or an umbrella term for any identity that is not purely asexual, including demisexual and others.»

In case there was any doubt, asexuality refers to a sexual orientation defined by a lack of sexual attraction, making them unwilling or uninterested in sex, having a general lack of libido or a disdain for the activity. In the case of grisexuality is when there is sexual attraction but too infrequent, with some having it once or twice while others have it more, but not as much as allosexual people (who do experience sexual attraction to others in a general way).

It is important to separate what libido is from sexual attraction. The former is described as a feeling of needing to have sex in order to feel pleasure and sexual release (like the need to scratch an itch). Sexual attraction refers to finding a person attractive and wanting to have sex with them. Some grisexual or asexual people may have high libido but no sexual attraction.

soy grisexual

– Spanish nouns have gender (masculine and feminine). In order to be more inclusive, some people use «-x» instead of the «-o» / «-a» morpheme. Ex: «todxs» instead of «todos» or «todas». – Spanish names have no neutral gender, although some people use the -e morpheme as neutral. Ex: «elle», «guape» («they», «beautiful»).

For tastes, colors. And for specific terminologies, the sexual ones. In the LGTB+ world, there is heterosexuality, pansexuality, homosexuality, among many others. But there is also a term or sexual orientation that is little known, but not for that reason non-existent, grisexuality.

When grisexuals experience sexual appetite it is very mild, very little impulsive. They enjoy sex but on limited occasions. They desire hugs, kisses and caresses from the person they are attracted to, but do not feel the need to reach coitus.
